Bill Payment Options
Moon Lake Electric has a variety of convenient methods to pay your bill; online, in person, by mail, and from our mobile app found in the Google App Store or Apple App Store!
If you are unable to pay a past-due account balance, a deferred payment agreement will allow you to continue receiving electric service while catching up on your past-due amounts. The agreement obligates you to pay your current bill and a portion of the past due amount each month. The total past-due amount must be paid within 12 months.

BUDGET BILLING - Eliminate the seasonal ups and downs of your power bill! Budget Billing averages your power bill (based on your previous 12 month's usage) so that you pay the same amount every month and can budget accordingly without any suprises. Members can sign up from April 1st through July 31st.
CREDIT CARD REWARDS - You may earn airline miles, cash back awards, or other incentives by paying your bill with your credit card. Moon Lake Electric accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS as payment methods for all bills. These payments can be made by phone, online, by mobile app, or through an automatic credit card draft on the bill's due date each month.
You can apply money to someone else's account using the pay now button if you know the persons name and Moon Lake Electric account number. If you don't know the account number you can contact a Moon Lake Electric Office to make a payment on someone else's account. We will not give out account information.
Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination and can be used to pay any Moon Lake Electric bill. Certificates are personalized in the name of the recipient and can be given anonymously, if desired. To purchase a gift certificate, call any of the Moon Lake Electric offices.
